There's an old saying that goes back even before my great-grandmother's time: "Long and thin goes too far in. Short and fat is where it's at." Of course it matters! (unless you are trying to reassure a guy) Other things matter too, like what you DO with it - the other old saying goes "It's not the size of your boat, but the motion of the ocean."
Considering the size of the BABY that comes out, every guy is just a little dinghy. (that's a pun. laugh.)
more than 7 or 8 inches long is too much for me, and 9 HURTS, it should never be longer. But thick, oooo, if my fingers will just go around it and touch without squeezing, that's perfect! WOW...

Yes, to a certain extent. Obviously a woman isn't going to be satisfied by a man who's hung like an infant. It doesn't really need to be much more than like 4" though, you definitely don't want it to be too big, that's the worst.

I assume you are referring to penis size. I suppose it does. A penis to large is painful. It kind of puts the skids to the enjoyment. And I don't want something I can't enjoy. So you gentleman out there that are small to average probably give the most pleasure.

Not really. Everyone can have their preferences, but a girl isn't gonna measure you before deciding to be with you. I would prefer average size to be honest, any girl who actually makes a big deal of it is stupid and not worth your time.

length doesn't matter, but girth does (it needs to be big around!)
and even if it is smaller, if he knows how to "work it" then it's all good!
i've been with someone with a bigger one, and let me tell you, it wasn't very pleasurable! it hurt really bad!

yes it does. the phrase "once you go black, you never go back" is true to a fault. not talking from experience lol but close enough.
ok, i've had a lot of asian/oriental boyfriends in the past (yes, the stereotype for asian guys is no lie) but then suddenly, i decided to go for a change and started seeing a european guy.
conclusion? don't want to date asian guys ever again. lol
