Yes, I can say those words.
So can every other English-speaking person. And it's easy enough for people of other tongues to learn to say.
I can say it out loud, and so can every person who can speak.
I have said it many times, sarcastically, and without meaning it.
I'm very surprised at the number of God-fearing people who bothered to answer this question, knowing it had the word "Satan" in it, I guess maybe he's not so intimidating after all.
Which only helps to confirm my suspicion that he does not cause humans to err - they either do that on thier own, or Gods makes them do it.
The big red boogieman already tried to eat me. I disgusted him.

I don't believe in satan. But I wouldn't say it anyway...why? because that would be verbally acknowledging a negative concept. And I don't want/need any more negativity in my life than is necessary! Besides, I quit taking "dares" when I was about 10 years old. Some of us actually do grow up!

Physically I could say it, but I won't because I couldn't imagine saying something like that when I love God so much.
Could you walk up to the person you love the most and then say: "BTW, I don't mean this, but 'I hate you'"?

Why would I want to when he means nothing to me ? If anyone says they LOVE Satan to begin with, is as much a liar as he is FOR there IS no love in the devil OR his "servants."
