I've got two great options for you. Jajah.com and justvoip.com

Both are internet telephony that use your regular home phone, and call the other person's regular phone, but route most of the call through the internet.

In order for all calls longer than 5 minutes to be free on Jajah, both of you have to sign up for a free account. They're kind of vague on just how much time they'll give you for free as a registered user, but as long as you don't talk a whole lot, you should get it all free.

As for JustVoip, it seems to be totally free as long as you are calling to and from their free destinations. You can use your regular phone or download their application for PC to Phone.

with yahoo messenger a microphone and a set of speakers you can call most any number thru the net..
