its possible but very unhealthy and even damaging to your body. Remember, slow gradual weight loss is the best answer. Gaining or losing weight too fast is ALWAYS a sign that something is wrong and may hurt your body without you even knowing it.
I know it sucks but you only have one body...take care of it and keep it healthy.

you can definately lose the weight. if you do the diet(whatever it is) and you lose 5-10 lbs. i lost 20 in 2 weeks going into high school. i kept it off for a good 4 years too. so if you maintain your excersise and keep a good eating habit as well it will be fine. doctors say it is not healthy to lose the weight that quickly but then again how are they proving you will die sooner? they cant. you will die when you die and if you want to diet go right ahead. if you go on the diet though you need to maintain the diet or change your eating and activities so that you can maintain the weight. its not always water weight you are losing. so if people are going to keep saying that its water weight then they can still be very wrong. it can be the water retention that you body has which is what is store in your fat which is primarily water...so there fore you have to lose the water before you can lose the fat in the first place...your body is made of what 75 percent water? well you can make that 70 and still survive until you lose the weight that you have been meaning to lose. keep drinking the water during the diet though and see if its really water weight or not...

What do I think? I think when school starts go beg your English teacher for some extra help. Using phrases like "ma skool" and "mmm so wt u think" makes you sound like a retard.
By the way, don't try to lose 10 lbs. in one week. It's not healthy ... Don't you watch "Full House?"

The safest weight lose per week is about 2 pounds a week. But it's not unheard of people losing 3 to 4 pounds a week. It all comes down to doing exercise, cardio, and watching what your eating ( making sure that you bring in enough calories)

It does work....tells you how to eat for your own metabolism so you will lose weight. The whole program costs $99...can be paid in four payments. The most pounds i lost in a week is 5. I do exercise: cardio, weights, 6 hours a day, and take 1100 worth of calories a day as well. I chose the healthy way to lose weight, you can do it too.

No. You could lose about 3 pounds in a week.
You could sweat out a lot of water and imagine you are losing weight but when you get thirsty and take a drink that water will come back.

A lot of "miracle diets" promise this 10 pounds in a week guarantee, but all the weight you lose is mostly water from the hight diuretic content of the pill/drink like caffeine and potassium and it is very unhealthful to do this.

anything is possible, it just matters how bad do you want it and to what extent are you willing to go to get what you want. Methamphetamine (methylamphetamine or desoxyephedrine), popularly shortened to meth, is a psychostimulant and sympathomimetic drug. It is uncommonly prescribed for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, narcolepsy, and obesity under the brand name Desoxyn. It is considered a second line of treatment, used when amphetamine and methylphenidate cause the patient too many side effects. It is only recommended for short term use (~6 weeks) in obesity patients because it is thought that the anoretic effects of the drug are short lived and produce tolerance quickly, whereas the effects on CNS stimulation are much less susceptable to tolerance. It is also used illegally for weight loss in people that are not obese, by truckers, single mothers, and others to maintain alertness, focus, motivation, and mental clarity for extended periods of time, and for recreational purposes. More rarely, it is used by students when cramming for exams. "Crystal meth" refers to the crystalline, smokeable form of the drug and is not used for the drug in pill or powdered form. So it all depends on what you wanna do.
