Having the playmate showed me she has serious bad habits. I have tried crate, water bottles, giving attention.
I wish I had ceaser milan. Because she really alert and i like that. Just wish I could trust her i know she loves me because she follows everywhere I go.

Well of course obedience training would help. Maltese are not really kid friendly dogs. They get nervous with loudness and boundless energy of children. These dogs just are not suited for rough housing. Keep the kids and the dog separated. Help the kids to learn how to behave around the dog. Keep visiting friends away from the dog. Try a crate. If the dog starts whining Say no and bang the top of the crate. Also some of these dogs have not been bred for temperment. Maybe you should consider putting the dog up for adoption so a childless home. He might make a great pet for an elderly owner. Good luck.

When she bites someone again, told her FIRMLY and angrily that it' s wrong to bite any person, make her look into your eye, and also, whoever got bitten must let out a painful cry to let her know that it hurts when she bite, even if you don' t, you still have to act like it, it should work.

About the garbage thing, even you put that away, she will still has to find something to bite with, so maybe buying a chew toy for your dog might distract her attention, and if you happen to find her bite the garbage bag again, use a spray bottle with plain tap water inside, give her a few squirts to punish and told her again it' s wrong to tear up the garbage, if you don' t tell her, she won' t know what' s that for.

Until she has learned not to bite, should you let her near the kids. Good luck!

Get a referral from the vet for a dog behaviorist. You should get some concrete ideas on correcting the behavior. If the behaviorist says put the dog down, do it.

DO NOT rehome this dog unless you tell everything about the problems. It would be awful to visit your problems on someone else and no good for the dog anyway.

The "pooping in the house"=not housetrained, which would be your fault.

Put the garbage where she cannot reach it. Buy baby gates to keep her out of rooms which have garbage in them.

The snapping needs to stop. Consult an animal behaviourist. Do not re-home this dog without disclosing EVERY thing. You have to disclose EVERY bite, every behavioural problem. This sounds like a dog which has just not been trained/properly socialized. Hire a behaviourist ASAP to evaluate her.

you have no business having any dog with all those kids & a baby. the poor dog is stressed beyond belief.

oh & the playmate does nothing wrong? yes, rehome this dog asap altho you can still be held liable since you know she is a biter. what a shame.

get her at a pet shop?
