A. Two lines are // when the slope of the points are equal

slope 1 = (6-3)/(11-2) =3/9= 1/3
slope 2 = (21-18)/(8- -3)= 3/11 So they are not //

Two lines are perp when the product of the slope is -1
slope 1 = 1/3
slope 2 = (18-3)/ (-3-2)= 15/-5= -3 so they are perp
