I'm male, 24 years and I weigh 155 lbs. I would like to go down to 135-140 lbs. I usually combine cardio, weight training, and good healthy diet without any suplliments.

But as I notice, I'm becoming muscular and bulky. I would ideally like to loose weight and have the lean body mass instead of being muscular and bulky.

How do I do it?

Lean body mass IS muscle, if you want to lose other body mass try running 2-3 miles 4-6 times a week good luck.

If you don't want bulky muscles, stop doing weight exercised designed to build bulk. Different combinations of reps and sets produce different results. Or you could stop weight training altogether and just do pushups and squats. Those two will give you an overall body workout without building bulk. You should also be aware that your genetics control your body's reaction to exercise, so becoming "bulky" may be your body's normal response.

Well, I'm not a fan of Pilates, but it is supposed to create lean long muscle instead of bulky muscle that is common with weight lifting. However, if that's not to your liking, just do less weight training and replace it with more cardio, and make sure you stretch those muscles to prevent unnecessary bulkiness.

More reps with less weight when you lift should help. I have a tendency to put on weirdly big muscle (for a girl, at least), and that was my trainer's recommendation. It really helped, although it did add some time to my workout. Good luck.
