There is a beautiful "almost" full moon out tonight. It is sitting low in the sky and is very large and clear. I find it very peaceful to look at it for long minutes.....

My daughter took my granddaughter with her and her son to the Greatest Show on Earth, the opening night of the circus. It is a large indoor venue, so the rain against my window is a good thing. I can sit guilt free for a while, with a very quiet house. Sure, my girl will be a little tired tomorrow for school, but grandmothers get to do things differently!
Edit: It is not raining. The kids left a sprinkler going, and that with the overhead fan was lulling me into thinking about going to bed. Now I have to wonder how long the water has been on. No, I do not have a timer on the darn thing. Rain against the window my eye. Hey, I could have kept this to myself, but I am trying to be honest. I found out when my granddaughter came in dry as a bone.

I have been watching that same moon
for the last couple of nites...I just love to
watch it...I am a child of the Moon, and I
sure do have alot of trouble sleeping when
there is a "full moon" out...lol
I could be in a room with NO windows and
tell you exactly when the moon was out..

I live in a forest,the air is very cool,clean and crisp,I can hear all the night sounds, birds,the other peaceful sounds of nature, beautiful sky, very nice.

I've always liked Thursdays. The weekend is almost here, but not quite. Thursday is like a teaser preview of a good movie I can't wait to see :)

I do not find anything peaceful to look at because my contact lenses always hurt.
