To enjoy or dislike tickling is not gender-specific. I know some girls who like or LOVE to be tickled and I know some girls who dislike or HATE to be tickled. I know some guys who like or LOVE to be tickled and I know some guys who dislike or HATE to be tickled.
Sometimes it is based on how sensitive their skin is. Some people actually feel pain with the lightest tickling because their skin is so sensitive. Sometimes it is based on the fact that they were tickle-tortured / tickle-abused as children. Sometimes it is based on the enjoyable tickling they experienced as children.
If you are looking for a ticklish lady who likes or loves to be tickled, they are out there. Just get to know the woman first and then share your love of tickling with them after you have built a friendship.

yea i love being tickled all girls love being tickled an when they say stop they don't mean it an if you do stop it will mess up the whole mood

Yep, except for certain days every month.
On those days if you try to tickle them,
hug them, talk to or look at them, you
are liable to get your head busted open.

It's okay for a little, but if the guy keeps doing it when I say stop then i get mad...for the most part yeah i like it.
