If you have some eggs I would make a bread pudding.
Maple-Flavored Bread Pudding

3/4 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
6 slices white bread, toasted, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 2-1/2 cups)
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans** use your cut up chocolate bars instead
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
** I would use the chocolate bars or the bran bars or both as well, in the recipe for a new taste.
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Bring syrup and milk just to boil in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; set aside. Beat eggs in large bowl with wire whisk or fork until well blended. Gradually add hot syrup mixture, beating until well blended after each addition. Stir in toasted bread cubes and the pecans.
POUR into greased 1-qt. casserole dish.
BAKE 20 min. or until center of pudding is set. Serve warm topped with the whipped topping.
**You could use your ice cream instead of whipped topping.

Okay: start by disolving 2 tbsp of instant coffee into about 1/4 cup of cold milk, then mix into the chocolate ice cream. chop the chocolate coarsley and fold into the icecream, put back in the freezer to stay hard....Mash the bananas and mix with a tbsp on Peanut butter and drizzle with honey until semi smooth, (leave a few lumps of banana.) Take out the icecream and scoop into serving bowls and dollop the mixture onto the top of the iceream.
