If spandex is something that turns you off big time, then quit pretending and end the dating sessions!
If this is just something that makes you feel weird about that someone and you really like him/her except for that, then proceed with dating and just when you are already officially committed to each other is the only time you can tell your partner how you feel about spandex clothing.
I can't think of a person who actually stopped loving someone just because of spandex.

or going to work out. Spandex is NOT of the debil. I wear spandex a lot around the house because it's comfortable. I don't feel cheap or sleezy because of it.

2. recommend a nice pair of khaki's and a t-shirt

that it was the coolest thing ever and ask them to get me some that stuff is so cool to wear i just can't find it in any stores.
