To be in love with a man, and have feelings for another? It doesn't seem like the heart should work like that. Think it's just lust?

No, lust is part of love, romance is part of love, the truth is people never really know what it means to love with all there heart, oooo they assume to, but lets face it we have a problem with interpersonal relatonships in the western culture or else the divorce rate wouldn't be so darn high. But I digress. The fact is you do LOVE them both, yea that hurts you only because your perception doesn't look far enough outside the box to see why. Just realize love is an EMOTION, and like ALL emotion its job is to excite feelings. No this isn't just feelings of good intentions, you must understand that even anger is love, even rage, to the point that nazi-skin heads actually DO love black people, yea they don't love them RIGHT, but they FEEL alot for them, even if its mostly negative, but understanding this is part of getting your head around all that your dealing with. So also realize how this means that LUST is actually love, it isn't exactly strong love, but its FEELINGS none the less, so its love. So really your confusing isn't the love, its the fact that you really have no purpose with it, your just going thru the motions let your heart feel what it feels and instead of policing it (which is why we have a frontal lobe) your pretend to be powerless to it, CONGRALATIONS!!! Your just like the rest of us! So don't worry this is all part of our wonderful societies lack luster understanding of what love really is! So really no fault of your own, but now since I've educated you alittle to whats really going on, you can't play ignorant anymore. Just realize with love the game isn't to have love, even little pups, cats and even rats, shoot if your mammal (and even are cold blood reptiline cousins) have love, its just feeling for something. But us people have that brain so we've got great power in HOW we love. So you can easily love both of them (feel for them) but its up to you to have the right perception to keep them in focus, if you can't then you NEED to let go of feeling to much more for one or the other, thats the only time you really need to make that choice. Other then that, as long as your honest, whats wrong with caring, with feeling for them? Its only bad if you lie......
