Well, if you think your going to lose like 5 lbs of fat in a week, im sorry but i have no solution to that. But, in that one week, try dieting, eating very healthy foods. No potato chips, french fries, doughnuts, or anything that contains high fat content... even if it is omega 3 fat.
And something that will help losing weight in the future... eat small portions of food every 2-3 hours. I know you're thinking OH NO! IM GOING TO GAIN WEIGHT BECAUSE OF THAT!. But that is absolutly bogus. Dieting in most peoples points of view is skipping a meal, or eating little to nothing for all 3 meals. But thats doing nothing but HURTING your metabolism. Your body will put itself in a state of starvation and will try to conserve the food ingested. By eating every 2-3 hours, your body will be constantly trying to digest the food. What i suggest is when you first wake up, have a nice breakfast, about 400 calories. Then before lunch, eat a small snack, maybe a fruit, or a non-fat yogurt (about 100 calories). Then eat a 500 calorie lunch and between lunch and dinner, have another small snack which consists about 100 calories, then dinner eat a 400 calorie dinner, and around 9 oclock, eat a last small snack. Configure those numbers to your own calorie need, but trust me, this works much better than not eating a meal.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body and tummy fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

well i went through soccer preseason and lost 10lbs in 2 weeks and my stomach is pretty flat now. So just work out 3 times a day at really high intensity in 98 degree weather. just work out until you puke each time. And this way you probably wont want to eat too much for fear of it coming back up.
It will work. trust me.

Continue streching , exercising and dieting. Do as many crunches as possible, and wear a girddle it helps tighten your relaxed muscles, and overtime will help flatten your tummy.
