It's like this very primary bright blue, like on recycling bins, or like postal boxes almost but brighter. It's been happening for about 4 months now. Any ideas?
I am afraid to tell people I know about it, doctors etc... so please don't suggest i see someone, i dont' htink i am ready yet!

OK. I won't suggest that you see someone for your problem. Go ahead and sit and suffer in silence if it makes you feel better.

That's weird. Our bodies just do weird stuff, I think. When I touch my belly button (pressing it), it hurts on the bottom of my foot.
