I mean even everytime I work, or do something, it goes numb. I hope someone can help me determine what might be wrong.

I am sorry that people who suggested that you stop sleeping, alien crap, blah blah blah, waste ur time with such assinine answers. RE: Ur problem- If this persists, you should see a Physician to get a proper diagnosis. Yes, you could have Carpal Tunnel. I had to have my entire wrist rebuilt due to an injury from childhood- 20 some years later. It sounds like you really need to get on track and see a Physician about this, as it is not only a problem after sleeping, but, also is bothering you while up, too. There is obviously something going on. Perhaps a wrist brace would help, and elevating this wrist/arm all you can while at rest. Do this, but, in the meantime, I hope you go and see a Doctor. It is time. Take Care and Good Luck! Hope to hear follow up on this one. Good question, and sorry you have to go through this.

it is carpal tunnel syndrom. i have that. when i would do physical work that involves bending the wrist, sleeping on the arm at night, or the weather changes, it hurts and the fingers tingle. you need to go to the doctor. they will run tests like a small amount of electrical currents from the top of the arm to the finger tips and monitor how many of those shock waves and how strong they are at the finger tips. they will give you a brace to ware at night to keep your wrist from bending. the brace really does help. you can also go to walgreens and buy a brace for about 25.00$ that will do the same thing. it will just keep it from bending and will relieve the pain and achyness. it sucks and will never get better. good luck

Could be carpal tunnel syndrome, when the nerve passing through the wristbones (the carpal) become inflamed and can no longer fit easily in the opening for them (the tunnel). Usually repetetive motion causes it, like typing or sewing, or anything that uses the same hand motions over and over. Try a wrist brace, and if that doesn't help, see a doctor.

You might have carpal tunnel syndrome. Try rubbing your thumb from elbow to wrist, kind of like where the vein is near the wrist apply alittle pressure, Press down, release and repeat again a few times. Hope it helps.

I think that whether its tendonitis or carpal tunnel, until you get to the doctors try advil or nsaids, ice for 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a day, and stay away from repeditive motions with that arm if you're able until it either feels better or you see your doc. Good luck , take care

Tingly? Sounds like it could be an alien ray gun, or possibly the CIA. There might have been a bug planted in your sleep. You might want to stop sleeping.

You should see your doctor. You should also notice how you are sleeping. Are you sleeping with all your weight on that arm?
