Why are my skin still prune even days after being exposed to a lot of water?

Right now my index finger is still prune even after 3 days of being exposed to a lot of water and forms holes of skin that peel.

Why is it still like this?

you are dehydrated, you need to drink an electrolyte solution like gatorade, about a half gallon and follow it up with lots of water.
