Is it normal when you are sleeping and you wake up and when you try to move but you can or you cant breathe.

Umm, not sure what your question is, but if you can't breath just when you wake up, check with the doctor
OR
The priest, seriously, I had some other sleeping disorders, and tell you what, it wasn't something normal

Sleep paralysis is when you cant move. If you can't breath, It could be Sleep Apnea which can be very dangerous. Although in the early stages you wake because your in need of oxygen. As it progresses it can be fatal. You need to see a doc and ask for a sleep study.
