Well- you need to get her to the vet- the ears of dogs bleed like crazy- she will most likely need to be sutured up- Just wrap the eat as best you can, use a sock and some tape, call your local animal ER clinic and tell them you are on your way.

You really need to get her to the vet. Contact a neighbor, friend, family member, anyone!! When dogs have an ear cut they can lose a lot of blood (kind of like humans with a head injury). The cut may not be as bad as you think but you need to control the bleeding.

If it went through or is a large cut then she should be taken to the vet right away as she may need stitches. Call an emergency vet and ask them what to do in the mean time before you can get her there. Comfort her gently.

Try to clot the blood by getting cotton balls and squeezing them close next to her ear. Meanwhile CALL YOUR VET!! If he's not available, keep a vigil by your dog until the bleeding subsides.

You're going to need to clean the wound. Make sure there's no debris. Then, press a thick fold of gauze to the ear, and tape it there. If it's a wound in need of stitches, (a.ka; Deep, gushing, wide...ect.) get the dog to emergency care.
