Like 2 years ago, I swallowed one of those tops of a can of pepsi cans (you know those little silver things). Can it still be in my stomach, or do you think that I would have noticed if it hadn't passed. Like I probably would know if it was still inside me right?

You shouldn't worry at all. If you're regular (meaning you go at least once a day), then it would have definitely passed out. Aluminum's not magnetic so it can do no harm to do (like if you eat a penny or a dime, it'll passed right through). If it was something like iron, cobalt, or nickel (the only three metals which can become magnetic)- then you should worry a little, but you don't have to worry a bit.

It may very well be. Get an x-ray. Tell the doctor what happened and see if you need something to help you pass this obstruction or if it is gone by now. It is better to err on the side of caution now then to have major problems somewhere down the line when you are older and your body won't be able to handle it as well as now. Do it soon please.

you would have passed it in less than a week of swallowing it unless it embedded itself somewhere in your digestive tract, and no, you might not have any symptoms, good thing is that a piece of metal like that will show clearly on an abdominal xray.

if you didn't inspect every piece O' feces, it's probably gone. besides, stomach acids could dissolve aluminum pretty quickly I'd think.
