A couple of days ago I had a pretty bad accident where a couch fell on me down some stairs. I ended up getting some "slices" on my arms and legs, which ended up getting me a tetanus shot in my shoulder. Today there are still bruises coming on my arms. I feel like I have the flu, extremely tired, hot, achy, just bad in general. Is this a side effect of the tetanus shot? Or is it tetanus? Thank you.

It is not tetanus.
It may be the after effects of the trauma and the malaise may be because of the tetanus shot.
You stated earlier that you had a couple of minor fractures. So better check with your doctor, before self medication.

Hey sister...I do not want to make you laugh this time, but did the couch get a tetanus shot too.?

those are side effects, take some tylenol, you will feel better and the symptoms should pass in another day or so.
