what am i giving up with my mom when i move with my fiance?

im 18 she will come home and start to yell at me then say to get out of the house then the next night she will say that she wants me to stay my fiance and i are starting to get tired of this

The first thing that you give up is dignity. Just about all religions look down upon living together before marriage.

Secondly,people who live together before marriage are more likely to divorce than those who haven't. By living together, you show a lack of respect for the normal mores of society so divorce is easier.

Thirdly, the people at the wedding know the situation and have a lesser respect for the union. They won't say anything but it is in the back of their minds.

You won't be able to spend the same amount of time with your mom. Things are going to be different for the both of you. Sit down and have a long talk. Maybe your mom can come over to cook dinner for you guys.
