Okay well first off, you cant get taller. But to gain some weight, do it healthly, no by eating fatty foods and getting fat. Drink malt milk shakes, and they make plenty of weight gaining items out there

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. That's a piece of cake! You're still very young and you'll be filling out soon enough. So, don't overdo the portions, just concentrate on higher caloric foods. Eat well balanced meals, with plenty of carbohydrates, such as rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, cookies, cakes, ice cream, and pastries. You're still going to need to exercise regularly to distribute the new body fat and keep it toned. Give it time! This won't happen overnight, unless you're my age. :o]

Drink milk - best way to get tall
Eat lots of food to gain weight
Good way to get fat is to sleep right after eating.
Also if you get tall you will weight much more
