Could it be an ignition coil? She has done this 3 times

Could be the coil, could be the alternator isnt charging the battery and when your voltage runs down the engine slowly loses power and then dies.... I would check the alternator.

Many times the fuel overheats and boils vapor lock happens and the fuel pump just wont pump fuel car dies. New fuel with ethanol even has a lower boiling point. Volks always starts when it has cooled off.

If you're referring to the the temperature and oil lights at the bottom of your speedometer, you engine is overheating.... NOT GOOD.... You will permanently dammage your engine if you haven't done so already. It's also telling you that your oil pressure is low. Check your oil... Check your carburetor tuning (it may be too lean)...

Sounds to me that it could be getting hot, make sure all your cooling tin is in the right place, and working right, also make sure that your motor is timed right, if its not timed right it could be running hot.
