The only possible answer you can get to this question is "yes", since if it was "no", they'd have skipped your question.
It's like asking "Can you hear me?"
Explanation: Your question contains "timothy 3, 12-13", so people who scroll past that reference would scroll past your question and therefore would not take the time to answer "no, you're not the only one"

I skip bible quotes... it's pointless to read cut and past answers that will have no real value when the person did not even bother to give a thought out answer of their own.

I read them all when I look at a question, unless they've cut and pasted huge chunks as .. says. Not just of the Bible, mind you... people cut and paste from other sources as well.
If someone replies with just a link I usually don't look at that either, cos I reckon that's that's kind of lazy.

i might possibly look up a scripture, but its best if they just quote the scripture or put it in their own words.
i admit that i often scroll down if i see He, Him, or God capitalized. lol i'm glad to know i'm not the only one who is guilty of doing this! i WILL read the answer however if it is from one of the reasonable religious regulars.

That really depends. If I think they did it just to not have to think for themselves their answer isn't worth the time. If the question made a Bible quote relevant, then I would read it.
But I rarely ask questions.

I think I understand your question. It depends on the group I'm asking the question to. If it's Christians I read the Christian answers, and if it's to Atheists, I read those answers.

I generally skim LONG chunks of copy-pasted Bible verses because I already read the Bible. Other than that, I read word-for-word.

No, I don't. If someone isn't bright enough or creative enough to answer in his own words, then I'm not interested in reading it.
