So I just got a boyfriend now...with one of my friends. And now he's showing me a bit of his immature side that i've never seen before. Like...smelling farts or whatever it is sort of thing. He's a really sweet guy though, romantic...telling me i'm his one and only angel and such. So wanderful. And...I thought I would mind the immaturity but I don't...but at the same time I do. Are all guys naturally immature? how do you deal with it?

You seem to be confusing a fetish with maturity and as such making a generalized statement. Your boyfriend may have a disgusting habit (smelling fart) but once again, that has nothing to do with his maturity much less that of all guys.Would you agree with me if I were to say that your inability to decide if you mind his immaturity was a sign of not only your immaturity but of all gals?I suggest you find out what matters more to you---a really sweet romantic guy or a really sweet romantic guy with a horrible sideline. Remember that every body has an idiosyncrasy which others may not appreciate; it is just a matter of degrees.

We gals are (7) seven years ahead of the guys in maturity. This isn't the case 100% of the time but 80% I would say so. The fart thing, did he happen to do it and was embarrased and you comforted him by saying it was nothing to be ashamed about releasing him of his embarrasment? If you did, it's over girl he will never understand that it is not appropriate. Best to you.

Don't get to mad at him, when he's with his friends, let him have a good time. If it gets to bad though, quietly pull him aside, and talk to him.

When he's alone with you, thats where it matters though.

As for all guys, yea, we're all immature deep down, it's just a lot easier to get to in some people.

It's natural that girls mature earlier, and for the guys it takes a little longer than girls.
