Wow, it amazes me when hate disguises itself as inquiry. If it is your intention to find out how many other share your twisted views, then I am sure you will be successful. If you are just truly ignorant, then i suggest you look up information on the Holocaust. The atrocities which were carried out by the Nazi's and Adolf Hitler are abhorrent and even to suggest England could be a better place demonstrates a lack of intelligence or conscience.

Not much can be say, Isn’t it, we can just assume. Is; however the right type of exercise for the world to see that the answer to all the questions is the JOURNEY and not the answer it self, is what we live every day what is important, is there where we live and create a world.
The WWII changed the world, that is fact; but arguing about if the UK would be better today if Germany had won the World War II is, first of all, a big mistake from the beginning because, for start, there wouldn't be UK anymore –nor England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland- hence the answer is NO, England would not be a better country had Germany won the war because there won't be no England to be better. And secondly is just a question that admits any answer to be true because your hypothesis is false and anything said after it is TRUE.

I doubt that, however England would be a better country if we had never gone to war to help all those pathetic Europeans who are now throwing their freedom away to the dictatorship in Brussels which is run from Germany. The EU bank is in Germany and who has the money rules.

Hi!

Do you realise, what the nazi regime was about?

Have you ever seen the images of life under the nazi's, the concentration camps or treatment of any human being, that did not 'fit' into the sick minds, of a few murderous nazi scum!?

How many of your fellow human beings died, trying to save 'us' and 'YOU' from the most intolerant movement in human history!?

How dare 'you' state anything so disgusting!

If you have some 'downer' on England, i should read some more, perhaps you will find a lot of 'good' positive things, England has done and given 'you' and the world!!!

Let me state a few!

The Train ... Next time you see or board one, fast and comfortable, exported worldwide, remember that!

The Computer ... The first real computer, was made in England, without it, we might never have developed the technology, for 'your' use today!

The Internal Combustion Engine, the type that powers a car, remember that, next time you see a car or are in one!

Radar ... England Invented it! .... Athough a war invention, it helped win the war and save many more thousands of lives, including yours, Hitler would 'not' have let 'you' have been born.
If you would have been allowed to be born, you would be a slave now!

The World Wide Web ... Without it, you wouldn't be on here!

The Nursing Industry ... Without Florence Nightingale, who changed health care, 'you' just might 'not' get that medical care, you expect today!

Science, Including Medical Science ... Penicilin and many many other medicines, were invented by England/UK ... Exported Worldwide .... Remember that, next time you are ill, or a family member of yours is dying in hospital!

The Industrial Revolution ... Industry started in England ...
So, everything from nuts & bolts to steel and clothing, factories etc etc, invented in England and exported worldwide, remember that!

First nation to realise slavery was wrong and abolish it ...
England even stated evidence, to give a slave freedom in America, when the American government was against it!

Democracy .... The form practised today, by America and the rest of the World, came from England ...
So, without England, democracy, might not have ever started, in the form we see today, that all human beings are equal and free!

There are many many more good things, if you care to look!!

I agree, that England/UK, has in the past done some bad things, but so has many many other countries!

England/UK (England/Scotland/Wales/Northern Ireland)... Stands as one of the great democracies of this world, it maintains an understanding of what is just and right.

Now the empire days are long gone, it is a country that is needed in this modern world, against the type of people, who would make this world a 'nightmare' and enslave us and 'you'!!

Do 'not' be ignorant to a country, that 'has' given a lot and 'does', along with other 'free' democratic countries, help 'you' to have the life you have today and most importantly, to be free!!

ENGLAND/UK ... IS A FRIEND!!

I was born in 1941. If the Germans had carried out a successful invasion in 1940, which was supposed to the battle plan at the time, then I would now be speaking German and be part of the Greater German Reich, which would by now probably include north and south America and much else beyond.

Heil!

After a few beers who cares where you are sitting. But it is a serious question though.

One thing that would have been beneficial would be that the trains would run on time and the buses too. The Nazis were quite strict about that. There would be no **** ups on the timetables.

sometimes I think that this sufficient reason for them to have won that one. Oh well.

No way!
Nazis would then have won and that'd have been the end of decency and humanity. England and the UK would never have stood for it, even if we lost the war we'd never have let the Nazis take us over, no way!!

morally no - The nazis were real scumbags by all accounts. They would of murdered out all non aarian examples
technologically - no, advances come during conflict.

The nazis were on the eve of creating their own nuclear bomb. So if those evil bastards had won then we probably would of moved in nuclear war.

So there would be no england cause there would be no world

Right, im British and i love the UK. I'm glad the Nazis didnt have their way....

But we have so many messed up ( mainly chav) society now.
If the Nazis had their way, these lil shits wouldnt be around. I think Hitler had a good idea but took it completely the wrong way and was an evil man for that.

Could peace eventually of come after they had finished what they had started? Who knows, but he was a ****ed up man and will burn in hell.

Oh yeah, nothing like a bunch of totalitarian nutters with a crap grasp of economics in charge to put the pep in your country... Even if the Americans hadn't shown up they'd still have been buggered (though it was nice of them to help bury the little tossers that much quicker...)
