Put water in kettle.
Press on button.
Put tea bag in a mug or a teaspoon of coffee if desired.
When the kettle boils pour some water into mug leaving enough room for a little milk, then stir. Drink.
Put mug in washing up bowl with the other pots, add washing up liquid and turn on hot tap.
When the bowl is full turn the tap off and find a clean dish cloth.
Clean all the dirt off the pots and put on the drainer.
Find a tea towel and dry them and put them in the cupboards.
Repeat this process for several weeks.

Not if you are a real woman. Whilst in he latter stages of labour you should have been making the tea, doing the washing, preparing school meals for existing children for the next day (if you have any), vacuuming the house for the arrival of family and visitors who will congratulate your partner on what a wonderful and fertile man he has been and ironing his shirt so that he can go down to the pub to celebrate the new one's arrival!

A normal woman would have taken to her bed for a week and let the macho male in her life get a taste of what real work is all about.

I have no idea what a "cupa" is...but she should get a good 6 weeks off! Asuming you are a male, I would say if you don't want to do the chores yourself, hire someone to do them and maybe make your wife breakfast, lunch, and dinner while they're at it!

Shee needs 1-2 months. Child birthing is very demanding on a woman's body. She needs some time to recover.

In the mean time, you need to do the dishes yourself. It's the man's responsibility to take care of their wife when she gives birth to your child.

I'm not sure what kind of issues you have, but don't be suprised if your wife tries to divorce you in a few months...

I think you just asked this asked this question to provoke reactions! As a man do you think you should change the oil on the car & mow the lawn, 45 mins after taking 20 hrs or so to push a watermelon out of your butt hole! Not a chance, we all know about MANFLU and how hard that can be to cope with!

Be reasonable, in the pioneer days, when a woman birthed a child in the morning, she was allowed half a day off. She would then hitch up the mule team and plow ten acres before returning home to start dinner.

Let her take the day off then a little light house cleaning such as vacuuming and dusting the next day. She should be back to full duty in 3 or 4 days I would think.
