No the way that allergies work is that your body has an exaggerated reaction to a protein in a substance. This could be peanuts, strawberries, bee venom, etc. Bee venom is very dissimilar to honey in composition so there will be no link between allergies to stings and honey.

No, if you are allergic to bees stings you are not allergic to honey. This is because with the bee sting your body is reacting to the stinger, which is detached from the bee and left in your body, this is why when anyone gets stung they get that red, itchy bump. Honey on the other hand is something that the bee makes from pollen, both of which has nothing to do with the bees stinger. Although you could be allergic to honey it would have nothing to do with being allergic to bee stings, and I have never heard of honey allergies before so I think you are safe.

Not at all. I'm allergic to bees, but use honey in my tea. No problems at all.

No, I don't think they are related. However, pollen allergies and an allergy to honey can be related, since bees make honey from pollen.
