Your answers suggest that not everyone would be a spiritual being. What's the point of any of us being a physical being? If we were all made as spiritual beings to begin with, no one would be in the physical world for you to have to interact with.
Why does there have to be a physical world? And why do we have to start out in it before we move on to the spiritual world for the rest of eternity?

Insha'Allah, Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, has given each person free will so that we may choose to submit to His Will or refuse to do so.
Insha'Allah, Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, has made us physical beings so that we might exercise our free will.
The physical world will not always exist. When it is gone, Insha'Allah, we will all return to being spiritual beings for the rest of eternity. Those who submitted and followed the Will of Allah, Subhanna wa Ta'ala, will be blessed with paradise. Those who rejected Allah and faith, will reside in the fires of hell.
Insha'Allah, we must remember from whence we came and to where we will return. Choose wisely, my friend.

Perhaps, not every angel in heaven made a choice to be on the side of God, or on the side of Lucifer. Maybe there were some angels who were indecisive on the matter, not sure which side might end up winning the war. You see, some angels chose to be on God's side, while others chose to follow Lucifer. (These were eventually cast out of heaven.) But, then there were some angels who didn't want to choose a side. They were lukewarm. So, maybe they were sent to earth to live a short life, and HAVE to choose the side they want to serve. Maybe those angels are us. You think?
Sooner or later you're going to have to decide whose side you're on.

Think of the physical world as the baby steps to what comes later. How are you to know what is true and good and what is evil and wrong without experiencing it for yourself? You can be told, but until you see the result of wickedness you wont know why it's wrong. This is your training wheels session, enjoy the little kid wheels while they last, eventually they will be taken off and you will either ride correctly, or fall and fail.
