They told you to say and and you did???

Send a letter, requesting both services be cancelled and request written verification that they have been cancelled.

In the future, don't banter with those telemarketers. Just say "no thank you" and hang up.

The first thing that you want to do is go into your local branch in person. Banks tend to respond quicker when they have someone physically there making a fuss in front of their other customers. If you do not recieve the answers that you want from the first person then ask for a supervisor. If they say the supervisor is out then ask for the person in charge at that time. The higher you go the more likely they will meet your demands quickly just to get you out of their face. Just be sure to be to the point about what you do and don't want.
