You probably can't... some girls are experts at faking... but I don't see why anyone would want to fake it when they could have the real thing, haha...

truly a lady cannot fake a genuine response --- you just have to know how to interpret what is happening (and no a lot of noise may not mean anything)

I always fake, but every so often something actually happens. Its always a pleasent suprise. Don't worry about it, well all do it, all the time.
