Would the hands have to be binded? How difficult would this be? Same technique for toe nails?

For finger nails other than the thumb and little finger, and toe nails other than the great toe and the last toe, a digital block local anesthetic is given into web on either side of the finger or toe . This makes the entire finger or toe numb. Other fingers or toes need a general anesthetic..
