I didn't get any reason for the missing refund and I can't talk with anyone who knows anything at the LA state tax office. I don't understand, God flushed the state twice and it still is filled with sh!t! Please help!

It may be hard to explain anything with government agencies in LA. You might try this link. https://webtax2.rev.louisiana.gov/status/refund/
If that does not work get on the phone with them and make a big enough stink that they will give you an answer.

Odd that there was no explanation with it. Call the LA state tax office and give them the info, and see what they say. Evidently, they didn't allow some exemptions that you claimed. good luck.

there has to be someone at the state tax office that can bring your acct up on a computer and explain what happened
