Yes it would be far to scary to trust again so soon after a break up especially if you were cheated on so its best to fully get over him before you start another relationship & a year or so you will be strong & that will come across to a new person & they should respect you especially when they know you dont allow the relationship to continue if you were cheated on or treated like dirt, plus you have survived this break up so no matter what happens down the track you can be proud you stood up for yourself so to speak :) *hugs* :)☺☻♥♥♥

Tell yourself that not all guys are like your first love. He may be your first love, but if you continue being scared of falling in love again, you may not be able to find someone to replace the emptiness that's in your heart. Dont be scared, because being in love is beautiful and you know it. Love is sour and sweet. There's up and downs but you're not alone, everyone goes through this time to time :) And anyways if something goes wrong, just continue living your life and move on :) I might make it sound easy but you know it isnt.. Dont be afraid and face your fears! I'm supporting you! :D

Yeah, I feel like that now and it's already been a couple of months, I know I'll get over it eventually and I hope its soon because it's the worst feeling I have right now and I've been in hospital and had pain inflicted upon me for medical reasons but still it's a worse pain than that

yeah i felt that sometimes...
but every relationship is different you cant always judge other ones over the one you was or once had been in. so move on if you feel theres something special or meet a guy you're interested in. dont let the past hold you back.
the hurt will disappear once you find a new love.

but i'm not really afraid of falling in love again, it's the falling out of love that really hurts.
but the heartbreak is what makes love so great and worth all the pain.
