And weapon_30, you are wrong! Once the legal drinking age went to 21 throughout the US, NO military person under 21 can legally drink ANY alcohol, even .05% stuff. Under 21 is under 21, doesn't matter if you have a military ID or not any more. That was only legal before the drinking age was set to 21.

Of course not, you're still 20 the day before your birthday are you not?
Legally, you'd have to wait until the day of your birthday when you actually turn 21.

Unfortunately, no. After midnight, the day before your birthday (which is technically your birthday) you can. That's the only exception. Although its not really an exception.

Legally, no. You can wait until midnight and make it official with some birthday shots. Or just drink somewhere where they don't really card or at someone's house.
