Stretch marks are unsightly and unwelcome commodity of a human body. People who have them are considered unhealthy. With that in mind, why on earth would you want to keep them around? Perhaps saying that you can “get rid of” stretch marks is a little bit of a stretch. This topic is a little bit of a mislead because, in reality, nothing will completely erase the stretch marks. Not even surgery will be able to totally get rid of those unsightly marks. If you follow these steps, you can make them much less noticeable, though.
The easiest way to be happy with stretch marks is to think of them as something beautiful. Stretch marks mean you have been around a good while. They mean you have eaten some seriously tasty food. They mean you have grown up a little bit! Maybe this does not sound appealing, though. If this does not sound like your thing, then keep reading for more answers.
If you want to have better skin, then you need to change the way that you eat. Eating bad foods will not only stack the pounds onto you, but it will create a situation where you have awful skin elasticity. Some of the foods which will help your skin look great are fish like salmon and certain nuts and seeds. Also, you might want to try to keep a diet full of fruits and veggies. This might sound obvious, but many people forget their skin when they consider a diet plan.
While there is not a lotion out there that will completely erase stretch marks, there are some that will help to conceal them. Certain creams can also help to make those itches go away. Try to stay comfortable above all else. Use moisturizers that will improve the overall health of your skin. Some folks like to use butters such as cocoa butter and shea butter to make sure the skin is not dry.
There are certain expensive and difficult surgeries that will help to reduce the look of stretch marks. If they bother you that bad, then see a doctor about getting a microdermobrasion surgery to remove the marks. Laser surgery is also an effective way to fight the awful looking things. These are extreme measures only for those who are serious about getting rid of skin problems.
Generally, you should want to do something about your stretch marks because you want to and not because someone is pressuring you. If a lover or loved one is forcing you to do something about it, then consider a relationship change. It will be easier to get rid of that bum than it will be to get rid of the stretch marks.

I learned about this cream called Barmon Stretch Mark Cream, see if one of your parents will get it for you. They guarantee that it works or they'll give you your money back. Ive tried this product and it really worked, you could barely see the stretch marks after a month and i started seeing results days after i started using it, it worked wonders! I have tried several different things, including Palmer's Coca Butter, and its the only thing that worked. You can find the link on my myspace page at myspace.com/ladykiramina. Just check it out, it has great before and after pictures that will leave you amazed They worked so well, ive started promoting for them!

ew, i have some on my inner thighs. ):
you could try cocoa butter and things like that.
with lots of vitamin e.
unfortunately there really is no way to just zap them away without surgery.
they should fade over time, but never completely go away.

Unfortunately, stretch marks do not fully vanish. Do not fret, however, as they will fade out to white streaks, becoming hardly noticeable.
