Two of my friends are in jail right now waiting for their court date,here are there charges:
each charged with three counts of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle; two counts of burning personal property; two counts of setting fire to grass or woodlands; three counts of felony larceny; one count of misdemeanor larceny and each were cited for underage possession of alcohol.
how much jail time do you think they are facing?

They are 18 and 16 years of age by the way,and it happened in NC

They have to many charges against them for the court to consider letting them go without putting some time.

1-3 Years serving time 4-6 sentenced.

Depending on what their attorneys can do. But they are looking at 10-15 years. There will be a chance for probation, and community service.

These sound like some great friends. Aren't you glad you weren't with them when the pulled off those moronic crimes? You need to find some law abiding friends. They sound like a couple of dolts to me.

Depending on how old they are, they may not get any jail time at all.
On the other hand, they can be locked up until they become adults.

honestly it depends...its different in all states...my guess is jail isnt the answer by those charges, their going to face a few yrs in prison.
