Check your connections. Are you using the best cable you can find? What is the source of the signal? Are you subscribing to HD satellite and is it hooked up correctly?
If you already returned one for this, I'm almost certain it is yur connections or the video source and not the unit itself.
Good luck!

I have the same problem with my Panasonic 50" Plasma TV. I beg you have cable TV hooked up to it. You need to call the cable company to come out to fix the junction connection from the outside to your home. In my case, the connectors sent a feedback. My cable company had to send three guys out to find the problem. I hope this helps By the way, the plasma TV is great.

A lot of plasmas do this. I'm not sure specifically about the panasonics, check your instruction manual, it may well say something about it in there.
But I would also look on the menus of the tv, look for something called 'Drive Mode', 'Refresh Rate' or similar, it's value will be in Hz (Hertz) and refers to how fast the screen refreshes the image. Try altering this value and see if it helps the buzzing ... it usually does.

their may be a short in the were from the cable box to the plasma or from your DVD player! this at times can give you a buzzing noise, check any audio cables that you have and that also may solve your problems

Where do you live? If you live in high altitude (6,000 feet or so) you may get a buzzing sound in plasma TVs.
If altitude is not an issue, make sure the TV gets plenty of air. (That is, it is not enclosed in a cabinet that restricts air flow)

Sounds like its picking up some sort of electrical interference.
Try seperating all the power leads from any scart leads or the like.
