Take a look at your teeth. They are the teeth of an omnivore.

Meat provides a complete protein, and a lot of energy, in a convenient food.

Humans need a lot of energy because of our brains. Our brains are the largest single consumer of energy in the body's energy budget.

Vegetarian species don't need their brains, because it's not difficult to sneak up on a defenseless plant and devour it. If you don't use your brain, then being a vegetarian might be right up your alley.

Meat is a good source of protein, which you need to build muscle. It tastes great too and fills you up. However I don't eat veal, duck, or lamb because I don't like how these animals are treated. Good luck on your report :)

I eat beef because it contains all the amino acids!! it is loaded with potassium, iron, and a lot of B vitamins. A little bit of it is a very good protein food and I can eat a lot less of other things.

because it's a necessity to most people! some people choose not to eat certain meats suchs as rabbitt, duck or veal because they are peaceful animals- but when it comes to cows or pigs... most people view them as food that God gave us to survive.
