Do you accept that you sin, and that you fall short of the Glory of God?
Do you believe that Jesus the Christ is the Son of God and that He died on the cross as payment for yours, mine, and everyone sins?
Do you believe that He was resurrected 3 days later in the same body?
If you answered yes to all of these questions you will not perish but have eternal life. See John 3:16, and Romans 3:9 for starter verses to read :)

There is. I have partially taken the quiz. It goes friggin slow with all the stupid flash animations. I got bored after about the fourth question. Can't for the life of me remember the site though.
