i have put on a lot of weight recently from eating too many take aways, if i ate just chicken, beef, fruit and veg do you think i would loose a lot of weight? i'm 5ft4 and 135 pounds

You can, you just have to stick with the leanest cuts of beef nothing below 90/10, chicken I'd stick with the breast only baked and never fried.

Depends on how it's prepared. Avoid frying and using cheese or heavy dressings.
