Can they do Nyabinghi? Are any of them preistesses? Can they smoke the Holy Herb like the Rasta men do?

Now, I'm not a Rastafarian. However, the last time I checked:

-Rastafarians, while grouping together informally, doesn't have a strict internal structure. Everybody is to think about the pertinent issues themselves. There aren't any priestesses, but there also aren't any priests.
-Rastafarians are pretty egalitarian, and were one of the first religious groups to fight back against racism under the flag that all people are equals. I've never met one that looked down upon a woman, nor heard of such an incident. I doubt I ever would. If nothing else, they are friendly and respectful people.
-In Rastafarian beliefs, marijuana is smoked because it helps strip away some of the impurties of the modern, affluent world ("Babylon") and returns a person to understanding the essentials, what's truly important. It imparts, in short, clarity. The need for a clarity isn't restricted to men alone.

I pity them if it is the religion that gives them status.
