About the present problem I don't know... But, ask your GP if you can drop the diclofenac and transfer to another pain killer. I merrily took three Dickies per day for ages then started having problems with my waterworks,
On examination this turned out to be knackered kidneys due to my tablet taking, I now have to decide on possible dialisis or death and I don't really fancy the dialisis... so, where do I go? You could be me in a while. Try ringing your local emergency hospital re the overdose, they will tell you what to do. By the time you read this you will be over it or dead, so make your heels crack..........................

Well its really hard to overdose on tylenol, and an overdose would have come up sooner. Tell her to stop taking tylenol. Her headache should go away on its own. The thing that worries me more is that she had a headache that didn't go away after 10 tylenol...That seems very strange. Call the poison control center (you can usually find the number on dexonline under your zipcode) and tell them what has happened and the symptoms. They will be able to give you better information and tell you what to do from here.

I would not be overly concerned. Watch for the most significant side effects and adverse reactions. Look particularly for signs of possible gastric bleeding. However, there is a wide therapeutic range for Diclofenac and 200 mg per day which is what you have taken is an acceptable dose in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. You should be fine.

You should be fine... the worst thing that might happen would be that you may have some stomach pain because Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory medication and cause cause some discomfort in the stomach. If this happens, take some Zantac. Other than that, you should be just fine.

Hi- You should be fine, but, when in doubt, check it out. Call ur Local Emergency Room and explain to them what happened if this will ease ur mind. These things happen. Don't stress over it. Take care and Good Luck!

All directions on medicine packs are there for a reason and should be followed exactly as directed. However no matter how careful we are, sometimes mistakes are made, but no matter how small the mistake we should seek advise about it, just to be on the safe side. In your case, as the other answerer's have said, you will be fine, just one extra tablet won`t harm you.
I hope you will be feeling better soon.

You'll be perfectly fine. I take Diclofenac 50mg and it's not the first time I've forgotten and taken another two. Take care.

the only problem u may find is indigestion, diclofenac can cause stomach problems but one extra tablet should be ok. however if u do experience any symptoms then advise your doctor.
