I don't have the numbers but it it possible to drink to much water. If you drink to much you will deplete your body of its minerals and vitamins.

I have been told by doctors if your pee is clear than back off the water. Your pee should be a very, very light yellow.

If you drink tons of water because you are always thirty see a professional because this could mean your not absorbing water within your entire body.

Like with MOST things, I'm sure the amount varies with the weight, size & age of the Individual. So those "numbers"- might be pretty hard to come by. :(

Pal, too much is more than enough, that is when you have more than the balance value in a positive note...thus is to say more than what your body requires, meaning excess of needed value... (10000)H2O......
