And don't you think when they find GOD the search is finally over?

We are a society that has so much, people have thought if I only find that ideal job, that ideal spouse, the children I wanted nice friends my search will finally be over, BUT WHAT HAPPENED???

People are still on that never ending search, will they ever realize the search ends with GOD> he is the ALPHA and the OMEGA and we are living in temporary quarters with that PERFECT HOUSE that is being prepared for us where all search is over and completion is the key to every question we ever had is answered and fullfilled>
What do you think?

I have an opinion . Before knowing God we do things aimlessly. And that makes every thing boaring, and makes life a routine-like life. But after knowing God, we do things for Him and by Him. And that gives aime to our lives, vis, making His will.

So , ppl need to know God to live happily . Even their dreams , can come true with God. God will give meaning to our lives.

Good luck!

I think complacency would be the worst thing to happen to the human race. To be human is to continually question. If every single person found complete happiness and fullness in a religion, then we'd all still be in the stone age since we would never strive for a better life.

An ideal job, spouse, children, and friends sound pretty amazing to me. Gotta take the ups and downs of life and be fullfilled that in the end, we're in the green.

The problem is that the pursuit of personal happiness is never a satisfying purpose for living and never gives real meaning to our lives.

What we truly need is to have our character, our very being, changed so that we can love without regard to our personal good feelings. There is a world of difference between happiness that comes out of love and using other people in order to gain feelings of personal happiness.

We're never going to change our character. God has to change it.

God is just a simple answer. Anyone who really searches for lifes biggest questions doesn't answer with "God". Life is basically about surviving. On the other hand, what you do with your life is all up to you. Make it cherishable. Love, hate, learn from mistakes, enjoy life to the fullest, and then it's all over.

Some people create meaning in their life, some don't and both are very valid choices.. Meaning comes from many places outside of religion.

We are born clean slates and we create our own unique meanings, or not if that is the choice. It does not take a deity to have fulfillment, happiness, meaning or anything else religions try to designate to life.

Yes, People are searching for something to fill that "void" in their Life. They Need A direction and Little do they realize it is God Who Will Fill That Void,
and Give them A "new" direction.
It is Jesus and God gave Him to Us for Fulfillment.
MATERIAL THINGS DO NOT FEED THE SOUL!
Ears Have Not Heard, Nor eyes Have not seen, what GOD Has in Store for us in Heaven. Praise His Name!

Yes, I think most people are searching for meaning. That includes people who believe in a god. God belief does not quell that thirst.

no, search is never over. there isnt just a single meaning to life.

life is about living in the present not dwelling in the past or worrying about the future.

life isnt about where ur going after you die, but the road you are on until you die.

i found my meaning to life when i left religion. i never held value in life till i left my religious beliefs. i always thought that since im living forever in heaven whats the point down here... *shrug* religion held me back.

If you have found yours, then good for you! But we should respect others to have their own FREE WILL as we continue to enjoy our own.

For some, the quest is a lifelong process to be able to find the answers that they seek. One must be sensitive enough to know that one's perception of "truth" may not necessarily be another person's cup of tea. Know what I mean?

Peace be with you.
