they recently come out of very messy relationship involving child & mood not good at all , i was supposed to go round today but phone switched off & this is only form of contact - am i worrying too much - what if something aweful happened!!!!!!!!

You may have good reason to be concerned so definitely do something. You said you were supposed to go by today, why are you not doing that, just because they do not answer the phone does not mean you can not go by. Do you know anyone who can check on them if so get in touch and have them look in. Call the phone company and see if the phone is in working order. Finally if you really think this is serious call the police and ask them to do a welfare check.

1. its quite possible that there is something wrong with there phone.
2. when your feeling down sometimes you don't want to talk to anyone- just wait a little longer- i'm sure they will be in touch
3. its difficult not to worry this shows you care a great deal.
4. if you are still feeling anxious, ask around about them- their friends etc.
5. then sadly if still missing inform authorities.
i hope all goes well, and you can then tell them how silly they were avoiding contact from someone who cares for their well-being. give a hug too!!!

Perhaps you could phone the police and ask them to go round and check.

you need to get around there see if you can get in if you can,t get the police you need to know if he/she is alright and you are not worring over nothing you need to know that this person is ok and in know need of any help we all do it and our family mean the world to us, i wish you the best and dont feel that you are bothering the police over nothing call then you need to know that he/she is ok
