getting a 3rd lobe piercing isn't any different than getting your first or second one done. It hurts just a bit more because it's farther up in the ear, but really isn't that bad. I love the way it looks to and had my ears pierced 3 times. But I ended up taking my 3rd piercings out because they never healed and I had them for 3 years to. I am very disappointed because I want to get them re pierced but I can't since they left scar tissue on each spot with a bump from the scar tissue (it's not a keloid the piercer said). I got them done with the piercing gun which is a BIG MISTAKE SO DON'T DO THAT! But if I was you don't get the 2nd and 3rd holes done at the same time because it's not good on your ears to do that. Get the second holes pierced and wait for a month (when the 2nd holes are close to being healed) than get the 3rd holes done. The pain will be a lot less for you since you don't take the pain that well.

If you're referring to lobe piercings, you should be alright, provided you keep a close eye on swelling and make sure to keep them all equally clean. If, on the other hand, you're talking about cartilage piercings, I'd not recommend it. I once got 4 outer helix piercings done simultaneously and while the lower two healed successfully, both of the higher, cartilage-based ones migrated to the point that I eventually had to remove and repierce them one at a time.

As a former piercing technician, it is perfectly safe to have it all done at once, but do you really want to take care of 6 earrings all at once? It can actually take longer for them to heal if you do.

One by one, probably. Trust me, if you get one hole infected, they ALL get infected and it will just be one big gooey mess /: You have to wait 4-6weeks between each peircing, but my lobe peircing took 2 months to completely heal. Just give yourself time, and you have to clean your new peircing(s) twice a day and after showers/swimming pools , so if you get them all done at once, you'll triple the work and triple the risk of infection.

it should be okay!
but i got my third holes on tuesday.
its now thursday night and they're still hurting a tiiiny bit.
my advise would be to just leave a week in between each one.
you will be quite uncomfortable trying to sleep otherwise!!
good luck (im getting my top ear like cartilidge pierced tomorrow!!)

It should be fine as long as you clean them all properly. The thing is the last ones might hurt more than the first ones because of your adrenaline level.

I recommend one set of piercings at a time.
You don't know if you might form keloids, get scarring or infections, etc.
Besides, I hear that if you get 3 at once, you will sprout water from your ears when you drink it from a glass . . .

it would be safe enough but then you'll have to do the after care on all 6 at once and it could be sore for a while but then if you get them done all at once once its done it's done isnt it?
