she has been waiting 1.5 years for an appointment and will have to wait 3 more years until it comes they say, all this time she has been in mexico and in total will have waited 4.5 years then at the appointment she will be told she cant return or reapply to enter the USA for 10 years, after that she can reapply and wait another 4 years to see if they will let her be with her husband in american, if i go to live with her in mexico we both will be poor and cant reapply because of low income level, if we have a child in mexico it must wait 10 years also to come to america but then i must provide DNA test to prove its mine, between the baby and my wife the total time will be 28.5 years to wait to see if she can come home with me, now folks im a real american citizen and if they would do this to me and my family god help us all, 7 years iv' been married to her she only wanted to be with me so she came undocumented and then returned to mexico, if it where you what would you think about it?

This is really a big trap dealing with immigration, they should tell people not to get married to mexicans if they dont plan on letting them immigrate to live with you, its really a brick wall and no way to get passed it but give up, is this what american liberty is about them controling your choices and your life by blocking citizens in this way.

"What God has joined together, let no man put asunder"
Man, be with the woman you love every minute of the day. Life is so very short. One day you are a carefree youth and the next you are an adult saddled with problems. But when you are in love, things will work themselves out someway. Few Americans realize what a treasure the Mexican people are. As a Texan, I've been lucky to spend many days and weeks in Mexico. If I could find a way to support myself there, I would have left years ago. And... I still might. But as a university professor, really, there's no income for me there. So I understand your problem. But... to be separated from your soul mate is a pain no one should endure.
Go to her.

There's a story about a soldier who, at 18, was shipping off to Iraq and was afraid he wouldn't come back alive so he impregnated his 16 y.o. girlfriend.
Bad idea.
In your case, I realize she wanted to be with you (hence she came illegally). And nothing in nature is more noble. But nature simply can NOT withstand written law and we all must learn that. Younger the better.
I like the suggestion about finding an American company and working for them in Mexico.

My uncle got married to a mexican while on a long term job in mexico and is going thru the same thing. He recently decided to move to mexico because of all of the red tape here. I think the immigration laws are important because of the ways people abuse citizenship, but I empathize with your situation too. Good Luck!

I'd live on Mexican side of a border town, with my wife, such as El Paso or San Diego. I'd work on the American side. I've told you this many times before.

Speak with an immigration lawyer. If you go to Mexico, you can't lose American citizenship due to low income! Sounds like you and your wife are going through hell just to save a few bucks on an abogado.

Sorry to say, that is what happens when you break the law and come to the USA illegally.
It would have been so much easier and faster if she had immigrated legally in the first place.
I see no solution for you except divorce if you want to stay in the USA. Find an American girl to marry.
You should be thanking God you did not have a kid.
She can find a new man in Mexico.

lots of young people do not think of the big picture when they get married i know i didn't and it can take years for things to get resolved. all you can do now is to weigh the options that are now available to you given your choice in person you married again it's what i had to do and a lot of other married people have to do. i hope it all works out.

I can't believe this, see a lawyer to sort it out something is not right, if the lawyer says it is right then I know people who do this the illegal way.
Get her accross on a visitors Visa and then she just overstays forever, one of those amnesty's will come around in a few years and she can then join in with the other 12 million illegals for a free pardon and a path to citizenship. I know people who did it on the last Clinton amnesty, they had to be illegal for 4 years to qualify. If she can't get a visit Visa then pay a US citizen to come get her in a rental car when it's busy, I know people who do this too.
It takes too long to come in legally for most people so if the system does not work then you have to beat it, 12 million illegal people cannot be wrong my friend. Your family must come before any B/S application process.

Yikes. My best advice is to try to get employed by an American company and then transferred to Mexico, check with the consulate. Hopefully there's a way for you to keep a decent income and still work abroad.

That is what happens when you marry an illegal alien. Apparently she was deported if there is a 10 year wait. I would be in Mexico, poor, but I would be legally with my family.
