Depends on which of the CONDIMENTS you are using. Is it the ketchup package, mustard, maybe the salt and pepper packets, could even be the relish packages. If all was packaged correctly and up to standards, should not be any diseases. Do not think they will get pregnant either
CONDOMS, if use correctly will assist in you and your gf not getting pregnant and should keep all diseases off your pecker and out of her YA-HOO.... Theoretically speaking.
The best? Condiments would be HUNTS for the ketchup
Condoms would depend on the size of your Pee-pee. You may have to get a slender fit, who the hell knows.

I recommend Colman's dry mustard because it will kill all germs, and makes a good spermicide.
