Contact the police or the district attorney's office and ask them how to get your property back. You will need to show proof of ownership, i.e. sales receipt, gun store log of purchase, or something of that nature with appropriate serial numbers.

police report, bill of sale, etc.
Quickly, because NICE guns sometimes 'disappear'
from the property room.

Go to the police station, explain your situation to the desk Sergeant.
Depending on the circumstances, they may released right away. Or rarely they will be held until the case is resolved.

yes you can get them back. you will have to have all the serial numbers to prove the guns are yours---retired texas deputy sheriff---
